Bethesda students

Our student ministry is a thriving and active part of the Bethesda Church family. Our teens actively serve together alongside adults and worship together on Wednesday evenings. We strive to disciple our teens so that when they exit student ministry they are able to confidently defend a Biblical worldview and launch out as leaders on mission for Christ in their local churches and to the ends of the earth.

Mission Statement: We will GATHER with students, their families, and the community to build each other up in Christ. We will GROW as we study God's word together and faithfully apply it to our lives. We will GIVE of our time, talents, and our treasure to worship God and serve others. We will GO out and obediently make disciples both locally and globally.

Hang Time begins at 5:30pm, and we always enjoy a variety of games, activities, and snacks before transitioning into our student worship service at 6:30pm. After the student praise and tech team open the night, we dive into our Bible lesson and move to small groups for deeper discussion and prayer time. All 6th-12th grade students are invited to join us anytime!

Weekly Thread Student Devotion - Our current curriculum (The Thread) provides a 5-day daily devotional and parent resources. Follow this link for the current set of devotions and resources.

  • Events

We enjoy doing life together so our students can grow closer to God and each other.  Game nights, service projects, concerts, and other activities are offered regularly throughout the year.  Bring yourself and bring a friend!

  • adult volunteers

We have a passionate team of amazing adult volunteers who serve weekly and behind the scenes for our students. All of our leaders are background checked and our safety guidelines require a minimum of two adults to always be present with any students. Our leaders also go through annual training and follow church-wide safety guidelines.
