  • Will King

    Lead Pastor

    Pastor Will joined us at Bethesda in February of 2019.  He is passionate about discipleship and missions, and God is working in a great way through his leadership.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lucinda, and their four children, hunting, fishing, exercising, and traveling.   • Landon Orr

    ASSOCIATE PASTOR

    Landon has served at Bethesda since December of 2009.  He is married to Sara and has three boys: Judah, Levi, and Asher.  In addition to overseeing Bethesda's Administration and Worship Ministries, Landon is a competitive triathlete and enjoys woodworking.   • Lucinda King

    communications director

    Lucinda is married to Will and they have 4 incredible kids! She was born and raised in Florida but has lived in several states before coming to Clayton in 2019. She loves decorating and crafting, but dislikes cooking! She loves the book of James and Proverbs 3:5-6. Lucinda can be reached at office@bethesdaclayton.com. 

  • Lindsay Williams

    Student Director

    Lindsay is our chaos coordinator, game master, megaphone holder, worship enthusiast, and lead learner of the youth. She is married to a troublemaker (Erik) for 20 years. They are a former army family, and lived in NC, KY, TN, AL, GA, TX- and settled in Clayton, NC after retirement. They LOVE it here. They have 4 awesome, amazing children who are 16,13,11, and….1. A sweet surprise, indeed. Her hobbies include taking naps and eating peanut butter in copious amounts. Lindsay can be reached at students@bethesdaclayton.com.


  • Jackie arlington

    Kids Director

    Meet Jackie Arlington, a Long Island transplant who brought her vibrant spirit to Clayton 16 years ago. Two days after her move, she serendipitously encountered Tony, and their inseparable journey led to over 11 years of marriage and a bustling household comprising three amazing sons, one incredible daughter, and an endearing, if somewhat clueless, family dog. They joined Bethesda in 2020, quickly becoming part of the connect team and later stepping into leadership roles for Bethesda Celebrate Recovery in 2022. Jackie is a welcoming presence at Bethesda, ready to connect and share the joy of life's adventures. Jackie can be reached at kids@bethesdaclayton.com. 

  • Michael Huffman

    Facilities manager

    Michael is married to Ms. Rita, and they have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and almost any outdoor activity. Micheal is retired from the North Carolina forest service where he was the Forest Supervisor at Clemmons Educational State Forest for many years. He can be reached at smokeymichael@gmail.com.
